Earning commission

You earn commission on each completed U.S. order referred through your affiliate link or code. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts; shipping, taxes, and fees are excluded.

When commission locks

Because customers can return unused bags within 30 days of shipment, commissions stay pending for 35 days after the order date (shipping time plus the return window). If the order is returned, cancelled, or refunded before then, the commission is voided. Partial refunds earn commission only on what the customer kept.

Payment

We pay all locked commissions monthly, on the first business day of the month. There is no minimum balance. Example: a March 1 order locks April 5 and is paid in the May payout.

Voided commissions

No commission on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred orders, or purchases made with unauthorized coupon codes. Commissions paid in error may be deducted from a future payout.
