Shipping policy

Zombie Queen is our baby (aside from our actual kids), so you can trust that we’ll handle your order with the same care and dedication we put into keeping tiny humans alive and thriving.

• We personally pack and ship every order because we care (and also because we’re control freaks).

• No PO boxes, please! We ship through carriers that won’t deliver to them. 

• Orders typically ship within two business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know—because we’d rather over-communicate than leave you wondering. 

• The only exception is our merch - hats are made to order, which means it takes a little longer to ship. These will typically ship in 7 to 10 days.
