Transactions on the Website

Zombie Queen reserves the right to refuse any order placed on the Website. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, using the same payment method, or shipping to the same address.

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address provided at the time of purchase. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated bots.

Pricing & Product Information

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors and materials may appear differently on various screens.
Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time, even after you have placed an order.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.
No PO boxes—our carriers don’t deliver to them.
Orders typically ship within two business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the shipping carriers. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping issues, but if something goes wrong, email us at support@zombiequeenco.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be obsessed with your Zombie Queen bag. But if it’s not love at first wear, here’s our return policy:

Unused bags can be returned within 30 days of shipment (U.S. orders only). A $10 handling fee applies.
If your bag arrives damaged or something’s not right, email us at support@zombiequeenco.com with photos, and we’ll work on a solution.

Intellectual Property

The Website, along with all content, designs, logos, images, and text, belongs to Lovey Ducky LLC DBA Zombie Queen and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

User Submissions (a.k.a. Product Reviews & Other Content)

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content (“User Submission”), you agree to the following:
