Refund policy

We want you to be obsessed with your Zombie Queen bag. But if it’s not love at first wear, here’s the deal:

• Changed your mind? No worries. Unused bags can be returned within 30 days of shipment (U.S. orders only). We do charge a $10 handling fee, because, well, shipping and handling takes actual human energy.

• Something off? If your bag arrived looking rough or something isn’t right on day one, hit us up at support@zombiequeenco.com and we’ll fix it.

• How to start a return: Just email us with your order number and a short explanation. No long forms, no printing out return slips from an impersonal website.
